I've looked on SeattleWireless's HardwareComparison Wiki, and I don't
see too many Prism2-based cards with external connectors, except for
some very expensive (and good) ones. 

I'm looking for a cheapie here (yes, I'm unemployed too), one that might
be branded by some oddball OEM, that someone would dump for cheap on ebay 
or craigslist, etc. Is there any such thing?

Modifying a NetGear 401 might be the only option, but that could get
expensive too because I'll probably botch the first (and second, and third)
soldering atttempt.

I suppose I could spring for a Senao or Demarc or some such thing, but 
it could be a long time before I can come up with that kind of money.
