I've had one on my net here in a windows me machine working for months now. With exception of DHCP not working correctly and having to use a static configuration it has worked fine.

I've been told the latest drivers fix the DCHP issue but I have not updated the machine yet due to laziness.

Cheers,
Cliff

Does anyone have a Linksys wmp54g pci card? Does it work for you? Mine is flaky, and the driver and *monitoring application* it comes with sometimes works. They sent a new driver, which has the same results. The symptoms:

Unless the signal is very strong, it reports the ssid as whatever the last strong one you recieved was, or it uses your *default* ssid. And it doesn't seem to differentiate between signals- if there are 3 signals on 3 different channels, it treats them all the same.

Its on a windoze 2000 box, since I haven't the drivers yet for linux.
