Just for dumbs like me:
After spending another *half day* on the Microsoft's web I found the answer myself...
Additional Microsoft 802.1x Authentication Client packages for Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0 Workstation are available through the Microsoft Premier and Alliance Support organizations to customers with Premier and Alliance support contracts. For details about obtaining the clients, please contact your Technical Account Manager (TAM). Did I miss some other page pointing to some free version? :-)

Hello,
call me stupid, but I've spent couple of hours searching MS web (later all-the-web) forth and back trying to find the 802.1x EAP-TLS client with the support.
Everybody says there are some hotfixes - for example: http://lists.bawug.org/pipermail/wireless/2003-February/010544.html
but nobody ever specifies where they are available.
PLEASE, could you send me/to this maillist its URL or exact phrase how to find it or any other hint that will take an idiot like me fast and safe to the file?
Thank you very much in advance!
Sincerely,
Ivan Dolezal
