i am assuming there is a very good reason to have AP in the middle.
the two buildings do not have direct line of sight right?

well this will work but thruput is cut in 1/2 . you will get
about 2 Mbps only. (thats becuase thruput with the 340 was about
4.5 Mbps. )

a setup like this would provide full 4.5Mbps:

        Switch (LAN 2)
Cisco AP340 (Client Mode)
Cisco AP340 (AP Mode) CHANNEL 1
Cisco AP340 (AP Mode) CHANNEL 11
Cisco AP340 (Client Mode)
        Switch (LAN 1)

        Switch (LAN 2)
Cisco AP340 (Client Mode)
Cisco AP340 (AP Mode)
