i got my card, pigtail and a ram dim in the mail today, yippy!
but. i cant get my aironet card to work.
i clipped a couple lines of errors. and other pertinent stuff. please note that im using slackware 9.0 on a 2.4.20 kernel.

would anyone know of a relatively good howto. i didnt really get the whole cisco official drivers and utils.
oh, another thing what i try to run "acu" ... the cisco utility.
i get : "no radio found"
well ... im a newbie and it shows :)
any ideas on how to get this stuff going? anyone else has a cisco airo on linux (slack 9)?

oh, question. does anyone know if mylar is good for antenna making?
mylar: available in 3 and 5 mils. think of it as cellophane covered in aluminium (or other?). its also the stuff used to make those kiddie helium ballons that take really long to "die".
