Thanks Mike,

I run mmc.exe and did what you suggeted on system that
were not able to join to AP -  "Windows was unable to
find a certificate to log you on to the network -
AP_SSID"

In the Console MMC. the Personal -> Certificate ->
Certificate's properties, in general tab, Certificate
information indicates that "This certificate has
expired or is not yet valid."

I did delete this certificate and installed another
certificate with different user name.  It still
indicates "This certificate has expired ..."

I checked the  RADIUS SERVER, the Certification
Authority - Issued Certificates - highlight the
certificate -> Properties, it indicates that the
certificates is OK and valid.
