Yes, the Cisco Aironet 350 is "only" 100mW, but I'm partial to these great performing cards.
A good overall card comparison is at:

Subject: [BAWUG] Best card for wardriving?
I have been into wardriving for quite some time now. As a WISP Systems =
administrator I have a lot of time on my hands and desire to play with =
things.
In doing this, I have been through many cards, and the best I have come =
across is my trusty Orinoco silver. However I have ran into some =
problems lately.
It appears that the patched Linux drivers required to enter the RFMON =
state crash randomly, Kismet is a dream, but it never seems to work. =20
I am looking for someone with experience to direct me . I need a PCMCIA =
card that has an external antenna hookup, and is at least 50mw. I would =
prefer 200.
My biggest desire is have something that does not run on the Hermes / =
Orinoco drivers. I am hoping someone can help me find a good solution.
Thanks.
