Jim -

Before I can quote a cost - I need to know if there exists a microwave
path between me and you. The easiest way is for you to stand where
the antenna would go and read a GPS and send me your long/lat/alt - if
you don't have an address, then street addresses and general positions
are helpful (things like 1/3 down the block starting at the railroad
crossing end) -- I use a topographic maping progrm to handle the path
calculations.

It also helps to clarify your needs. I do microwave and also colocation
in Santa Clara, so alot of customers stick their server in my data center
then link back to it and the internet by microwave. Things that affect
your quote are bandwidth needs (DSL isn't much), and how many IP addresses
you need (public or private). If your company does NAT/Firewalls, then
you're probably OK with a single IP.

On the data center side, I also host DNS, backup DNS, and backup MX
records in case your server needs maintenance - looks like it never went
down to your customer base.
