Hi,

If you mean BEFW11S4 (not 54) i cant ell you that i have one of them
working as AP/Router. It handles DHCP to wireless/wired clients (it also
has 4 ethernet ports for wired clients). It can act as a client for
DSL/Cable.

The bad thing is that it cannot be used in conjunction with other befs nor
wap11's to act as wireless bridges. Neither it can be used as a wireless
client.
