Looks like a pretty good setup.

Looking at something similar for temporary use for a DMAT team I'm
helping out.

Couple of questions:

1.  What was used ( or recommended) for weather sealing ?
Are these just rubber gaskets ala weatherproof electrical boxes, or was some type of RTV used,
in addition to the primary seal ?  How water tight is/was it ?

2.  How would you handle heat dissipation in such a unit to protect the electronics ?

3.  What was used as the primary 12v power supply ?
