If you measure the diameter of the cable with a vernier calipers you could
compare that to published cable diameters for regular microwave cable.
Based on the number alone it sounds like it might be similar to LMR-100.

It says "The coax used in this pigtail is a low loss WBC100 coax by
Commscope".

Your cable might have a typo..or part of the 'B' rubbed off or misprinted
and now looks like a 'P'.
