I am not too savvy with the terminology associated with what I am looking for but can give a general idea as to how it should function.The software will need to notice when a new user is wishing to gain access wirelessly. It will then re-direct them to a server that will do various things including ask for and store user information, post advertising, give information on network status, etc...I apologize if this is too vague.
