  Yes, it's a net4501.  just going off the specs listed here:

PoE is not listed as a feature for the net4501.  Rather then risk a plume
of smoke (or worse?), Michael elected to build the PoE injectors... (nice
job, too!)

If anybody knows of a net4501 version that includes PoE, please let us
know!  :-)
