Hi, Me and some friends are setting up a WLAN in the neighborhood, and we're trying to keep the budget as small as possible. If we use N-connectors, they Will be the most expensive part of the network. If we use BNC, we can even use old network cables to connect the antennas...
Is there a big difference between BNC and N-connectors? We are only going to run 1-2 meters of coax. We are probably going to try a passive repeater some time soon.
