What choices have I got as someone who wants to work on open-source implementations, but who can afford neither to participate in IEEE meetings nor to purchase drafts? (It occurs to me that maybe a not-for-profit can get a price break. Anybody know?) Also, is there any channel through which the undergrad project teams that I advise can get drafts?
