I've seen the design for the BARWN standard node, but ... I have two concerns about it. First is that you have two 2.4Ghz radios in the same box[1]. Second is the cost[2]. I'm wondering if it might not be substantially cheaper to use two Linksys WRT54G routers (cheaper) at some distance from each other connected via Ethernet (less interference). On the other hand, the BARWN node uses better radios (Senao) than the Linksys.
