Anyone have an Avaya World Card "Silver" pcmcia card
working in there RH 9 laptop?
If so, how did you do it????

I am stuck trying to get mine to work in my Thinkpad
X20 with freshly installed RedHat 9.
(it worked once before, but I didn't set it up, had to
re-install laptop since...)

I downloaded the Avaya Linux drivers & still can't get
it to work.
Now it looks like I have broken pcmcia-cs in the
process...
I get the following error when trying to start pcmcia
services...

# ./S24pcmcia start
Starting PCMCIA services: modulesmodprobe: Can't
locate module pcmcia_core.o
modprobe: Can't locate module yenta_socket.o
modprobe: Can't locate module ds.o
cardmgr.
cardmgr[1120]: no pcmcia driver in /proc/devices
#

Any input would be appreciated & if not, maybe someone
can suggest a card that works good under Linux (RH9) &
is good for use with Kismet/mobile/site survey type
applications...
Pref something with an external antenna jack too.
