It looks like this file is still there but the html pages were
deleted/blocked.  
First go to the error page:
ntkernelhacker.tripod.com
then try connecting to:
ntkernelhacker.tripod.com/pikachu2.exe

Do it this way so your browser referrer gets set.  Google has a cached
version of the html pages.
