Some radios are capable of this, but Linux/*BSD drivers don't support it,
yet.  Microsoft Research demonstrated the capability with Atheros cards.
They even operated on two networks on two different channels---there is
some performance degradation, but it's usable.  Google will find their
technical report.  Try the keywords "microsoft multinet."
