It is a very sad situation.
It appears to me that there will be 10's of thousands of people, if not more, who's lives are completely ruined.
I was thinking of a way of helping. Unfortunately there isn't much a wisp in Oregon can really do except maybe to send a wisp in that area some extra equipment, but that is probably not the best way to help.
