We operate a wholesale ISP operation. If there is anybody who needs some help for their ISP because of Katrina, we will do what we can, no strings attached. We aren't a monster telecom or anything, but we just did a major upgrade and haven't migrated our customers to it yet so we've got room. Basically we just geared up for roughly 250,000 ISP subscribers. We can't take on any 'monsters' but we can help quite a few smaller operations. I've got friends who all own similar networks who would be willing to help out as well. I have no idea of what to expect but if anybody needed radius proxy, failover DNS, a machine with just an operating system on it, email or failover email, etc... We'll do what we can to accommodate. We have a brand new server cluster with a couple of terabytes of storage, a bunch of new Dell servers and 3 diverse fiber feeds. We've got access to roughly 250 megabits of bandwidth and all sorts of routing equipment. If everything got flooded out and you lost your data, we a ton of 'proxy' tools to rebuild radius and email on the fly as well. We have a big pile of DC powered Nortel CVX 1800's and several old Sun servers we bought at an auction a couple of months ago that we have no use for so anybody is welcome to those for the asking.
