[WISPA] WPA compatibilty between Mikrotik and Station server

We have determined that Mikrotik talks to Station-Server with WEP as the 
security protocol.
However, we have not been able to get Mikrotik to talk to Station server 
with WPA.
Has anyone been able to make it work?
Otherwise, I guess its just incompatible.
