[WISPA] Mikrotik VoIP

Ola,               Looking to deploy 2 Mikrotik routers to connect 2 offices using EoIP and would also like to use the routers as VoIP to PSTN gateways. Does anyone have advice on what are the best cards to use with Mikrotik for FXS (to connect telephones and faxes) and FXO (to connect to the PSTN)? We would like to also integrate the 2 routers via VoIP with a central Asterisk PBX.
