Any good recommendations of a linux system that would allow users to

Are you looking for something to make life easier on your
not-so-technical staff, or are you looking to expand into full-service
Web/email hosting?
If you control the servers, and only your staff needs to set these
things up, either use Red Hat's built-in tools (assuming that's your
distro of choice -- most other Linux distributions have something
similar, except maybe Slackware), or perhaps Webmin. (It used to be too
clunky for my taste but I haven't looked at it in several years.)
If you're looking to let customers manage their own domain names and FTP
logins and DNS and so on, you'll probably want to spend a few bucks on a
more comprehensive system like Plesk or cPanel. I've worked with Plesk
quite a bit, and it has a fairly easy interface (assuming you're
grounded in "what all this stuff does"), and is generally pretty secure.
On a shared server, security probably should be your most important
concern, overriding everything else, IMO.
A bit more detail on what you're looking for will be helpful. What do
you want to do, who will be doing it, and what kind of budget do you have?
