I buy my grid antennas from them. I also have quite a few of their amps in service.

Never had a problem. My sales guy is Neil. I know nothing about their e-store, as I call and speak to a live person at Hyperlink when I want things.

But, I do this with all my suppliers.

We have a long standing, 5 year relationship with them.

We ordered some antennas that did not work out for us from Hyperlink. We asked if we could pay a restocking fee and return them. They were very evasive, just as outlined in the DSL Reports remarks. They eventually said they would allow a return but only for credit for future purchases. They also said after asking to do the return at the same time as a new order to use the credit that we were now blacklisted by them which means we can never buy from them again. This was our first and only experience with Hypelrink. I believe this makes them the worst vendor I have ever seen in my life. (Except for the RBOCs of course!) Buyer beware.
