I think they have an alvarian network and figured anyone who wanted radios fixed, would send them in, they keep half (to use on their network) and give you the other half back no charge. But now they fix all kinds of brands, even "transios" :) I am just guessing all this but anyway..... I don't know if their legit, but I do know I hate the spam.
