compared to me, you're "the big guy", but then, we had someone come in and file for loans and grants. The filed for every area for a hundred miles in every direction, to prevent anyone else from doing so. They claim to have never used a single dime, they just prevented anyone else from doing it. So, I dn't consider the USDA RUS money to be even a factor, compared to the huge USF dollars that go out.
Yeah, I got the documents and requirements, and I could not qualify for the grant, because I didn't ahve enough money in the first place. There's always strings, John. Always. BTW, what did you do for the "free community access" part? Actually I got $310,000.00 from the USDA in a grant, not a loan, a grant. It can be done. The government very much wants to see this industry take off and is willing and able to promote broadband growth. Somebody is going to get the money, it might as well be WISPs. > Scriv > > > -- > WISPA Wireless List: [email protected] > > Subscribe/Unsubscribe: > http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/wireless > > Archives: http://lists.wispa.org/pipermail/wireless/ -- WISPA Wireless List: [email protected] Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/wireless Archives: http://lists.wispa.org/pipermail/wireless/
