I'm with the others here.  Times EZ connectors are the greatest.

And they also have a fairly new version that's bolt together. No need to even crimp the outer band. Totally reusable too!

We've always terminated LMR 195/400/600 with solder on tips in the past. Its a real pain in the arse to do in many environments. Can anyone relate experiences
with the crimp on tips?  IS there any loss of reliability etc.?
