are looking to us to provide 24 hour technical support for their clients on an
as-needed basis. Since we are a small shop and I have no desire to answer
calls at all hours in the morning, we are looking to see if there is a way we
can outsource these calls. I'd imagine that there would be at the most 1 or 2 calls per
