What is your definition of spam? I consider unsolicited email to my email
box - spam. It was not something I have subscribed to nor was it anything
that I have visited their web site and gave my email addy to. It was
harvested from one of the paid memberships I posses as it came to my
personal email and not my list email box. This was clearly SPAM!

Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) = spam.

There's a difference between uce and spam.... I agree that sending out an
email blast is very bad taste in this industry. But not everyone knows
that.

Anyhow, I assume you don't know anything else about them?
