We got some extra time to talk to the FCC and we spent a couple hours talking to the FTC. We stayed until 5.30 talking to them, so they were interested. The FTC has never met or talked to a wisp, ever. We were the first, we talked to their policy people, about nine or ten of them there. That was a most unfortunate fact that has not been discussed on the wispa list. They never met a wisp and they are setting policy for muni wifi.... Very scary.
