I have not filed yet but we will before the weekend is up. I must say that you are hitting the "nail on the head" Marlon! Julius Knapp (FCC) said he exact same thing about so few of u filing. If you think about it - - all the Telco's generally have one man file - -we are many and if we all file a comment it would be thousands of WISP comments. Julius said "the squeaky wheel generally gets the grease!"
