We too have filed a comment with the FCC and while we agreed with WISPA's stand and used 95 percent of Marlon's work, we also personalized some of the comments to make them specific to Loudoun County's needs, demographics, typography and population. Just cutting and pasting is fine, I guess, but making your comments as personal as possible also helps.
