IN Winbox
IP  Hotspot  Servers tab then profiles button.  The double click on a
profile. Check trial then set it up accordingly to the time you want.

The 'free trial' feature should be what you need.  They click on a link
on 
the hotspot login page and get free access.
You can determine how long they stay connected.
