If you're already running a Web cache/proxy, just twiddle the knobs a bit (so that, for *.youtube.com, really big files will be cached) and you should be all set.

If you're not, expect a lot of Really Weird phone calls when you set it up. (We ran one for a while, and a lot of random Web sites just don't like being transparently proxied and cached.)
