Jim,

To be legal, the SR9 card needs to be part of a certified system (wireless card, motherboard, case, and antenna). Just using the card in your own custom-made system, even though the card itself has an FCC ID number, is not enough to make your system (FCC Part 15) legal.

We use Mikrotiks for routing frequently; however, we have never used them as an actual access point. How do these work as 900MHz APs/SUs and is it more
cost effective than a canned solution such as Trango or Tranzeo 900 gear?
