For anyone who is looking at monitoring infrastructure and their individual customers, I would strongly suggest taking a look at AdRem NetCrunch. The new version (v11) of WhatsUp Gold has really come around, it's finally mature enough to be put in the same league as Openview, it has lots of new graphing and reporting features.
