yep, works well.

Something else to look at so far I have had good luck with it is a company
called freshbooks.  www.freshbooks.com.  It is a complete on-line accouting
system for the most part, reoccuring billing, etc, and allows customers to
create tickets, etc, and you can assign them a value to charge them.  I use
it for my consulting business. Very slick, it also allows them to intergrate
the invoices with a CRAP load of on-line payment processors including
paypal.
