Please send us some background on what you think WISPs should be doing
regarding these USDA/RUS loans. I can tell you that most WISPs do not
see these as a viable means of building their business. If you see it
otherwise or think we could ask for and receive better ways of utilizing
these funds then I am sure we would all be interested in taking part in
this.
