My understanding is that the FCC voted on this the other day.
Basically, Open Access granted, but not Wholesale Requirement.
Were small CMAs allowed, or Rural bidding credits included?

Also FrontLine, supported requirement to Re-license to third parties to allow a National Network to be built sooner. Meaning deployment deadlines or partner. Was that also ignored or included? Looking for a summary, of whether any opportunity was left open for WISPs or not, after the vote last week.
