I'm not sure if it's 3.65 or 3.5 Ghz compatible, but WiNetworks has an impressive product line including 802.16e gear. We came across them at WiMax World in Chicago last week.

Now Sprint is also in negotiations to buy a local WISP who was Leases more 2.5 licenses (Educational). Basically all 2.5 would be owned or leased by Sprint.
