That picture makes me cringe. The thought of hanging by a nail 4' off
the floor feels even worse.

Where the drain tube is is where the nail had me. The remaining damage
was caused by RIPPING from my own weight.
The foot of the ladder slipped and caused me to fall leaving me hung on
a nail with my feet 4ft off of the ground. Took almost 5 mins for a
neighbor to come and lift me off of the nail.
