Yeah, they have sewer inspection camera systems... how much of a stretch is it to just leave the fiber there?

Ahh, not so fast...

I read an article at least 3 years ago about a guy in Salt Lake City that was already doing this. He had a robot, or a machine with a camera on it that dragged the fibers through the sewer pipes.
