One Ring Networks of Atlanta, GA Chooses Redline's REDMAXTM Equipment to
Support Its WiMAX Network Rollout

One Ring Networks Is Among the First to Launch WiMAX Services in the
United States With Redline's FCC-Approved 3.65 GHz Products

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - January 22, 2008) - One Ring Networks, an
end-to-end diverse telecommunications and networking services provider,
announced today that it has chosen Redline Communications Group Inc. to
deliver its WiMAX-based services. Redline Communications Group Inc.
(TSX: RDL) (AIM: RDL) is a leading provider of standards-based WiMAX
access and broadband wireless infrastructure products. Redline will be
supplying One Ring with their 3.65 GHz RedMAX™ products to complement
the company's new service offerings as a result of their newly released
WiMAX network.

One Ring Networks is one of the first companies in the U.S. to launch
WiMAX services and will be using Redline's advanced equipment to cover
the entire Atlanta metro area. The company is deploying the RedMAX
system under the guidelines set out by the Federal Communications
Commission (FCC) for the recently available 3.65 GHz licensed spectrum.
"We are excited to utilize Redline's products for our initial WiMAX
network launch, which is just beginning to break ground in the U.S.
marketplace," states Matt Liotta, CEO of One Ring Networks. "In the
U.S., Redline is the first WiMAX vendor to receive FCC approval for its
3.65 GHz WiMAX products, and we are among the first to seize this
opportunity to deliver the most reliable, secure, high-speed fixed and
nomadic voice, video and data services to businesses in the Atlanta
area," says Liotta.

One Ring has sought out a robust WiMAX equipment provider that is
well-appointed to deliver their WiMAX services on many different levels.
One specific feature of REDMAX™ is its ability to support the delivery
of high traffic levels by using its time-division duplexing (TDD).
"Redline has helped carriers around the world to install and deploy
reliable, profitable WiMAX networks to deliver the advanced services
their customers need," said Kevin Suitor, Vice President, Marketing &
Business Development, Redline Communications Group Inc. "There are now
more than 130 deployments of our WiMAX Forum Certified RedMAX products
worldwide, and more than 44 of them are revenue-generating commercial
networks. As a leading network provider in Atlanta, One Ring will join
this group of forward-looking companies that are reaping the benefits of
WiMAX," states Suitor.
