I have or have had anritsu, IFR, tektronics, avcom, HP and motorola spectrum analyzers. I like almost everything about the anritsu except for the price when compared to older heavy gear on ebay. There are some pretty good deals for big iron on Ebay. The sweep time is too slow for some things and doesn't give enough options. My old HP and Tektronics are hard to beat. That old avcom was a really good cheap unit but it topped out at 999 MHz.
