Not cheap but Streakwave has the Pac Wireless ones.  We use both the 
standard and long ones.  They are, by far, the strongest and easiest to deal 
with out of all of the one's I've tried.  Only two bolts rather than three. 
You can flip them to go out or keep the radio closer to the base.  Very cool 
units.

Now if they'd just stop swapping between 7/16 and 10mm on the nuts!!!!!

I did find a cool ratchet that helps with that problem though.  It's got 1/4 
and 3/8 drives on it.  I just keep one of each size on it.
