I use H-Sphere for this. It has an end-user interface for this purpose. It supports mail, web, DNS, SQL, and quite a few other server types. It manages windows and UNIX servers. Very reasonable one time fee per user account. Logical servers can be located on any number of physical servers (email split across multiple physical boxes with web and DNS on another box, for example).
It lacks a few features such as easy management of reverse DNS.
