All, I was wondering if anyone has ever setup the MT hotspot to work in the following way: Initial download speed is set to burst speed for say, 3 minutes, followed for 15 minutes at normal speed. After that, the connection is throttled down to a third, lower speed for downloading. Is this possible, anyone ever done it?
