I know you found a source, but if you need anything in the future, try CablesForLess.com. They are here in Indiana, and they make custom cables. I use them for all my cat5 patch cables and I have had good luck. I also know they make cables for the government on old equipment (60s and 70s vintage) that the cables are no longer made. It is not limited to computer/network.
