I'm not sure it's actually hurting them.  Moreso that they're trying to deal
with the fact that falling revenue has been met with increased usage.  The
all-you-can-eat bandwidth usage model is 500% different today than it was 5
years ago.  The pressure to lower pricing to the subscribers while at the
same time having alot of those customers increase their usage.  Also, the
fact that now more and more CONTENT providers are capitalizing on their
customers having a high-speed connection, without a slice going to the
provider...

It's probably more about how I feel...  We still have to have people to
manage our system...we still have to buy bandwidth...we still have to have
trucks....we still have to make a decent living...etc etc etc.  But the
CONTENT providers and peer-to-peer abusers are and/or will make that more
difficult.
